FDC Website Returns Policy

If you’re looking to return your order for whatever reason, we’re here to help!

We offer returns within 14 days of purchase. You can return your product for a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and refund policy:

Discounted / Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging.

Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

To initiate a return, please complete the following steps:

Reply to your order confirmation email to request which products you would like to return.
Repack the products in suitable packaging to ensure they arrive with us in the same condition that they leave you.
Arrange return carriage (at your own cost) to our warehouse.

Additional Information:

Damaged items will be replaced FOC. Please notify FDC of any damage via email within 24 hours. Please send photographs of the damage as some may be superficial and not impact the use/purpose of the item.
Items returned not in the original packaging will incur a 25% restocking charge. This will be deducted from the refund issued.
All refunds are processed once the goods have been received and processed by our team.
Refunds may take a few days, from receipt of returned goods, to process.
